3 Tufts University athletes still hospitalized after 45-minute workout with Navy Seal graduate went awry

I don’t know; hospitalized for that long a period after a workout. I don’t think you can call that “gone awry” anymore. Maybe “gone disastrous.”

It’s the same in association football now. Jordan Pickford’s water bottles are legendary.

Sports folk of all types, plus dancers and the like, can seem to get completely wrapped up in their pursuit.

Well, that’s something I didn’t want to know. WTF.
I remember when I was in college my friends and I would use the weight room for personal exercise on our free time and there were often wrestlers in there trying to “cut weight”. They’d wrap themselves and put on sweats and ride stationary bikes for long stretches.
That seemed to me like a really bad idea.

It still continues. I do a steam room yoga routine at the rec a few times a week and the high school wrestlers are always in there. The stuff they say about “pre-game” and hydration amazes me. The way they cut weight at that age should be illegal as well.

As far as the Tufts workout, where’s Coach? Coach needs to step in and put a stop to whatever happened here.

Edit: pre game, not pro game
