LumenCache is an example of a DC-based system, runs Cat5 to each fixture and switch. You can also have USB power outlets with their system, either regular USB over Cat or USB-Power Delivery (up to 100W) using additional cabling.

I’ve had good luck with the moderately powered floodlights from Aliexpress. I put some of the 20W ones up a couple of years ago, and they have all survived running 24/7 for 5-6 months at a time in harsh (but indoor) conditions.
I’ve also got some of the very cheap ES fitting bulbs in a 20 long festoon, switched on 9-5 everyday since October and all still working perfectly.
