laugh if you must, but “writing bad poetry” a la the Vogons was what inspired me to write in the first place.
YMMV in your opinion as to my progression from said start.

Absolutely. The whole thing about clouds of sound and musical interpretation almost as impressionism along with being some nifty performance art is really very cool.
But it still makes me snort coffee through my nose when I listen to them, though. And thinking about it, that’s probably quite a decent indicator of it being good art.
