Not in the way he demonstrated it. You have to touch the hot dog warmer to complete the circuit. Of course it would be easy to hook up a cable to one hand.

With just the right amplifier it could cook while you play, lol, what could go wrong? Like one 6Kwatt per tube steak (not tube amp) from each mixer channel to speaker output. 10kwatts?
Maybe invite a friend with perfect pitch to memorize the pitch of a cooked würst?
If the amplified output L+R signal had enough juice you could test the ohms and frequency response of sausages? Anyone? Who has 30,000 watts worth of amp output and wants to use a tone generator to find out what frequency cooks dogs fastest, I suspect low frequency subwoofer amps would work best?
