Well, the motorcycle is an R90S and the bike is an EV so neither are things I’m gonna say “just take it” over. The entire idea is to make it look more difficult than the one next to it, regardless.

Now I had the other “spare” key that come with the lock, and groaned at the idea of finding a locksmith that had these key blanks in stock. I then remembered the handy ABUS card with the key’s serial number that promised easy replacement.

If the locksmith carries ABUS blanks, and wants to carry ABUS blanks for the foreseeable future, he’ll ask for the card. No card, no replacement key.
