Well, since the dude found it, but is not answering when they call it, I’m leaning more towards “stolen” now than “lost”. I wonder if people would still be arguing that it was technically only “lost” and not proven to be stolen if it was a black man featured in the photo.

There isn’t much else to discuss about this, once you get past the “Huh, wonder why the kid doesn’t just use the built in GPS tracking” aspect of the story.
