Thanks for this info! FWIW, “bi-annual” means “every two years” (think “bicycle=two wheels”). A couple of times a year would be, on average, every half-year, hence “semi-annual.” Cheers!

Their EDGAR reporting still identifies as queer though, with Apple Design identifying as ‘Not playing both sides,’ though this they think they’re full’a holes.
