3,000 views is a tiny number. The new platform doesn’t seem to be working very well for them.
When all else fails, go Porn Hub. Um, ok…
The problem is that AFAIK you can’t embed Pornhub videos on other sites like you can YouTube videos. That’s going to limit views. Sending out links with the pornhub domain isn’t going to get a lot of people to click through, either.
I can’t see this scheme having a happy ending…
Rule 34. Who knew it applied to protest movements?
So now porn sites will have to censor for non-porn content…
so, let me get this straight; state-propagandists are posting propaganda-videos for a authoritarian regime on a porn-website, which is likely banned in said authoritarian state?!?
this timeline still gets weirder and weirder…
PornHub is also blocked in China,
So it’s not to bypass local censorship but to get wider foreign audience.
And PayPal suddenly descides to stop paying PornHub video producers…coincidence? or fun new conspiracy theory?
Shouldn’t PornHub make a rule videos can’t be posted on the website unless it shows people having sex? Would China respond to such a rule by having its’ minions do the ‘wild thing’ in a portion of such videos? I wait for this with glee.
