100+ comments in and finally this. This bill is a cute idea, but loop holes will be exploited and the full intended impact of such laws would never be felt. Directly taxing high income individuals certainly affects them directly. Alternatively tie their pay inline to their employees. If they want a raise, everyone gets a raise or bonus or stock options. What’s good for to goose is good for the gander so to speak.
