Is that a Technica turntable?
Nah, crappy old Soundlab that doesn’t work. All I want, dammit is one record deck that functions so I can play old jazz records on it… 
What doesn’t work on it? Turntables, at least the not-extra-fancy, ones are essentially a motor, simple mechanics, and wires from the needle-attached sensor. Not much to go wrong.
Dunno, one doesn’t power on, and the other one drags slightly through about 30 degrees of rotation. Tried swapping out the controller boards & motors to see if I ended up with one working deck, now neither do. eyond basic soldering & simple circuits, I have no hardware skills whatsoever.
