There will be questions about “why was he sleeping with a gun,” and while I personally think it’s stupid, the issue is not having the gun, it is having the gun while Black. The gun was legally purchased, and legally possessed. I assure you, lots of white people sleep with a handgun close by. He was not the subject of the warrant, he was just there. So they killed him.

This is the kind of case where bail shouldn’t be allowed.
