He already plead guilty to some things. This just seems to be the Judge trying to prove that she controls any and every thing when it comes to the reporters.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
I guess this only applies to congress, not judges.
The presiding judge’s behaviour in this case is a disgrace to any reasonable notion of justice.
