When I lived downtown, I had the shittiest reception in the world because all of the surrounding buildings blocked me from the towers on the West Hills, even when I hooked a cable out the window.
The day I got a digital box, the number and clarity of the stations was amazing. And suddenly I could watch “Lost In Space” every Saturday. I had to spend the afternoon blocking all of the religious stations, though.
Yeah, I still need to block out the 24.X range. And most of the 22.x and 47.x (ION TV) stations. (I swear, last weekend while surfing I found a show where anthropomorphic monster trucks talk about Jesus. And this horrifying Spanish-language thing about a donkey stuck in a well.
