Funny, I was thinking “not bad for a white boy”. I do wonder if he wasn’t being cued by the person. Keeping a beat is REALLY rare in nature, remember the sea lion video a couple of years ago?

Snowball has actually been studied quite a bit for this very reason. Researchers at the Neurosciences Institute have shown that he is able to synchronize his motions to music, and he varies them based on tempo. Really interesting bird.
