Company tells disgruntled customer that he will not receive support unless he removes a negative review, then threatens to sue him

The only customers of this company are a bunch of technically astute people who’s whole occupation involves communication. I am amazed that they thought bullying would get them anywhere.

I certainly hope so. It’s well into the category of things that should be a crime. But the law can be frequently incomprehensible.

They really need to dial in and fine tune their customer service, their current approach has had poor reception.

God I hate small businesses sometimes. I mean, in principle they’re great, but a depressing proportion have the customer-service ethos of Skeletor and the labor relations of Gargamel. It makes it harder to tell people with a straight face how they shouldn’t shop at Amazon.
