Claims made without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. I was unable to locate any supreme court decision that said the restrictions placed upon governmental power by the bill of rights can be sidestepped by the concept of sovereign immunity. But then I’m no legal researcher. All I can do is look at your claim, see if I can find supporting information and when I can’t and when you refuse to provide such evidence to support your claim, I’m left only with the option to dismiss your claim as being without merit.
