Ambitious.
If I had time and more than the spare change I found in the sofa, I could see tinkering with that.
As it is, I’ll sagely nod my head and go, “hmmm. very interesting.”

At this point in history, I suspect that the project goals are entirely impossible. The supply chain is too complex, and there are too many points at which the supposedly secure and open hardware can be interdicted.
