The entire point of blaming correctly is so that you can get the right thing fixed. Trying to fix something that isn’t broke might just break it.

On May 25, 1979, an engine fell off an American Airlines plane, resulting in it crashing and killing everyone on board. The apparent reaction from most of the people on this board would be to blame the plane manufacturer, saying it was obviously their fault, especially since the plane was less than 8 years old when it crashed. Virtual cookie to those who can get the blame right out of the three obvious groups potentially responsible.

It’s odd that you’re arguing that people can’t know the reason while stating that you know the reason.
