I can’t keep up.
So while this is amusing I’m still waiting for someone to show me a method that distinguishes patent trolls from, say, a research university licensing its patent portfolio. Yes, we want to stop bad obstructionist behavior but “patent troll” is turning out to be a lot like pornography in that people know it when they see it but coming up with a good definition or description around which we might base actual laws or policy is hard.
