By the way. I’m going to wager a guess that no, the diamond would not pay for the trip because the trip would literally require more money than there is in the world, and thus even if the diamond was worth everything it still would not cover the cost of the trip.
This is so far beyond our current technological means that it’s kind of silly to even contemplate. It’s like asking if it would be worth it to poach Unicorns for their horns given the current exchange rate of pounds to rubles.
