Exactly. Even if everybody stays, the effectiveness of the team goes to shit. Been there, done that, got the t shirt.

This is a great scheme! All you need is a social safety net with a universal basic income or something so people can do it. Because right now insufferable bosses cause businesses to fail so rarely, I don’t think the stock market even considers them liabilities for investment, apparently because many workers would somehow rather work with them than risk their families starving outside.
