Well, one thing that would probably help everything a lot is to simply flip every single seat. Make sure everyone knows there is no such thing as a safe seat.
Of course while I’m making fairytale wishes I might as well just wish that both parties were completely run out of government. But really, there is something to be said for not electing the same people over and over. It gets really bad results.
