It’s “saf london” (or sahf or saaf, depending on the reader’s presumed accent; transcribing dialect phonetically is inherently problematic). “Sarf” is wrong no matter who’s pronouncing it.

That was ok, but I do have a soft spot for 90s -00s British rap. Probably because the music production is so influenced by the mixers and dance music.
