Unlikely ISP will hold there costumers to ransom this is the EU not the US we have competition were the US does not so dont over reacted yet
Competition? Bwahaha! The six largest landline broadband providers (DSL, cable, etc) have a market share of over 90 % in Germany, probably not that different for other EU countries.
