Hah! Look how wrong Cory was! He was predicting a housing crash soon after 2006, with the horrible loan terms that people were being offered causing so many houses to get repossessed that the banks were going to “lose their shirts.”
I’m sure glad that never happened — the government probably would have had to bail those banks out!
