Is there an ebook of these that can be bought?
The copyright page shows an E-book ISBN: 978-0-465-02562-6 but the only place that seems to mention ebook version is Sainsburys and they do not have a price or a way to buy it in ebook format. Even BasicBooks publisher site does not mention an ebook version!
