I’d like to see a self-contained habitable set up somewhere, especially where there’s no temptation to sneak in more oxygen or extra food from outside the Biosphere.
It’d be good research for learning how to live here without using the Earth as a giant waste sink, while living off the freebees.

The main issue with a self sustaining Antarctic colony is the Antarctic Treaty rather than it actually being totally unfeasible.
