Vernon Area Public Library is actually located in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Our name is a continual source of confusion, but the ongoing mixup has made us great friends with @OKreads in Vernon, BC.
What a super cool honor to be on BoingBoing, especially while some of us are here in San Francisco at the annual American Library Association conference! In other incredibly-small-world news, my 13yo daughter is reading SF-based LITTLE BROTHER while on this trip.
