A general thought about moderation:
- OT1H Discourse wants users to bunch up replies to multiple users into one big comment
- OTOH if either the comment being replied to OR part of the reply comment crosses some line both get nuked
So really if one wants to avoid problems, the best thing to do is create lots of reply comments so only one gets nuked.
