That would be pretty much everyone, whenever anything bad happens to someone who deserves it; whoever gets to the post first.
“Weird” how the Khephra-bot just seemed to lose all interest in the site, once the 2016 election was over. I mean yeah it’s a huge clusterfuck, that the world will be fighting to recover from for ages, but Egyptology still exists.
