Remember! It’s not the bullet that kills you, it’s the hole.
Just as the hole is the unhealthy part of a donut.
Always eat around the hole!

This property is secured using electro-chemical incendiary traps.
That would make for great front-lawn signage.
What this tells us is that we need to increase the ownership of guns 34-fold, so that all the people now being murdered by criminals with guns are able to defend themselves instead.
At NRA school, Metal Detector is there to make sure you brought your gun to class!
You Americans are so adorable with your gun defenses.
I believe guns are quite restricted in Russia as well.
The thing is, very few people are actively afraid of shooting themselves. I hope these people seek help, but I’m not worried that that will be me next. Many people are afraid of being shot by others. The question is: how best to prevent this, by restricting guns or by shooting back.
I’ve only seen it used in a single video game. The guy who fired it was sterilized by the event and that was kind of important to the plot.
As John Oliver reminds us. Guns aren’t the problem, people are.
Wait. Who has that many pairs of shoes?
I find this puzzling. According to the federal Department of Justice, roughly half of all fatal shootings in the US are ruled legally justified. At least, according to data on their Web site when I checked a few years ago.
The thing with “Legally Justified” is that it depends on the law. And as Florida has shown it can be more legal to kill someone than to fire warning shots at them.
What about the correlation between the increase in gun ownership and the drop in crime and homicide rates?
I know correlation does not imply causation, but it’s interesting to consider.
I hate to break out the Donahue Levitt Hypothesis, but the drop in crime may have explanations beyond gun ownership.
Freakanomics chapter four.
You guys are both wrong. It correlates more closely with Internet Explorer market share.
heeeeeeyyyyyy, that can’t be right… the first two numbers should show a downward trend. I call shenanigans.
Also, piracy is on the rise, so at least we don’t have to worry about global warming anymore
Some countries are on top of this already…
British Police Call On Nation To ‘Save a Life, Surrender Your Knife’ (not from the Onion)
I say, let’s get out in front of the trend here! Set up bins in front of every police station where people can turn in all their rocks and crowbars.
So, fracking means better music? Count me in.
To be fair, the “knives” they are talking about are “swords and machetes” not butcher or steak knives.
Like guns, there’s not a lot of practical use for a machete in a city.
