He needs to make room for his upcoming NOBEL PRIZE.

Trivia: One of my friends has Haruki Murakami’s old turntable, because Murakami abandoned it at a place he used to live. He’s been trying to get it fixed on the grounds of “would be cool”, but it’s some old German audiophile model that’s very hard to repair - uses some strange parts for speed regulation or something like that. He’s got an aficionado repairman working on it but it’s taking a long time.

I donated my Toto IV cassette to Goodwill. No one’s throwing me a parade.

I’d fight any grown man, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, to get my ears into a jazz collection that large and deep.
