Shortstaffing and crapshipping are cool! Other techbro company favorites include
- using unpaid interns to create profit-making products and projects
- firing anyone who isn’t available by cellphone 24/365
- encouraging behavior linked to karōshi
OTOH it’s pay what you want. So there’s probably no downside to learning Jenkins this way.
