I seem to remember a stick-figure version of this for the Mac Plus, back in the day. I think it was called “Futility” or something in that vein.

It’s hard to look at this while I’m distracted by Reality - a game in progress where those in power push mobs of people until they are crushed by conflict, poverty, or disease.
