A panorama of duckweed completely blanketing a pond in the park.

I’ve seen both toddlers and dogs run out on the stuff thinking it’s solid ground. It really does look like turf, even close up.

This was reported to me 2nd hand, so someone saw it IRL, but not me:

Saw an interesting road sign last night while driving home from work (epic construction at 114/121 interchange*)- instead of saying “lane closed” or whatever, it read “Donald Trump…big orange clown”

*That’s just north of DFW Airport

The question was, did someone hack the sign or was it purely an FYI? (Or both)

Backyard bunny. We’ve seen this one around since it was pretty tiny. We were about 4 feet away.
ETA: this is a juvenile. About half the size of the adults.
