No, it’s not one of those cases. In fact I don’t believe any such cases exist. Unless you have enough shares to influence the board, your power in a typical corporation as a small shareholder approaches nil.

No, it is NOT “easier” and the costs of internet provision in developing nations is exorbitant comparative to already developed nations who have the infrastructural capabilities and support for such.
