my main nagging question was "so (uh) where’s he get them? (and is he often in a position to brightly state: ‘Well, at least it isn’t raining!’?). So i followed the kindly proffered web link to a rather insufferable web page and it appears that the (main?) source is that people will their bones to him for some sort of remuneration ‘now’, with the bones to be collected ‘later’. Which does seem better than several alternatives. there. now you don’t have to go seven steps through his web page yourself. (yerwelcome [wink])
