Judge rules pipeline company can enter and survey land without owners' permission

Bill Gates is buying up millions of acres of farmland, and then not growing anything with them? What’s in that for him? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Indeed, the article is all about what happened with courts and landowners in South Dakota, concerning carbon intended to end up in North Dakota. @beschizza

What do you mean by this phrase?

I would guess the plan is to sell it to the government at some future date.

He also doesn’t own millions of acres… owns slightly less than 250,000 acres. It’s a bullshit conspiracy theory cooked up by the same people who regularly throw around terms like “globalists” unironically.

There are plenty of problems we can associate with Gates, so we don’t need to make shit up about him.

So is South Dakota a Stand Your Ground state? 'cause this could get very interesting…

That Q is a typo error.

Gates has bought millions of acres of farmland in the USA

The link says 242000 acres, or 0.242 million, as of 2021. Do you have some better figure, or just your assertion? And why wouldn’t farmland owned by Bill Gates still help feed Americans?

Gates has enough money, does he need something to be in it?!!? But, you would have to ask him. And to.not be concerned you would have to Trust Him.

He owns less than a quarter million acres… he is the largest single owner of farmland, but large corporations that work in the agriculture sector own far more than he as an individual does.

There are plenty of things we can blame Gates for, we don’t need to make shit up.
