This is the rationale for the fascists abandoning legislative efforts (outside of thoroughly dominated red states) and moving to judicial ones. You don’t have to convince millions of voters, just appoint a few fascist judges and there you go. This was the push over the last couple decades, and especially during the Il Douche years, to nazify the judicial branch and then use that to establish Gilead.
