The seeds of a classic hip-hop rivalry were planted here.
I definitely find the story of KRS butthurt over having been dissed by Magic and the Queensbridgers being the catalyst for The Bridge is Over to be much more believable than “KRS thought that they were saying hip-hop originated in Queens”.
I mean come on. KRS has proven that he’s a really smart guy and I’m sure he knew that’s not really what they were saying.
Can’t wait for the next chapter.
