Library's seed sharing system threatened by Big Ag regulations

Welcome to America the land of the free (provided the freedom is governed by the same rules as the ridiculously oppressed)

As someone above suggested, mark the seeds “for research” and give every envelope a batch number and a form with whatever values are required “germination rates” etc.
( If /all/ seeds need to have been tested before they’re given, how does anyone give seeds to be tested?)

If the Minnesota Department of Agriculture has nothing better to do then they are clearly overstaffed. It is high time for layoffs.
