Should note that this is really only appropriate for a gas range, or maybe a spiral electric range with small enough hobs. The raised ridge around the outside will prevent a ceramic surface from an electric or induction range from coming into contact with a smooth pan bottom, and heating will be uneven or just impossible to manage.
Still a kick ass pan if you have the equipment for it!
