That makes sense. You’re right there must be some mechanism for making payments outside their vendorpay systems. Utilities, tax payments, stuff like that where the other party will never agree to use their vendor pay system. Still, it’s really surprising to me something could happen at this scale without either a lot of insider knowledge or maybe some insider help.
