Ya, just noticed that as wellā€¦ It used to just refuse to upload them, now it is creating a micro-gif. You can hot-link the large ones instead of uploading them ā€“ just copy and paste the image URL. (if it is from what I assume is your extensive gif collection, you can always do a google/tin-eye/etc image search).

I think a little over 1 MB. I had a 1.02 MB one that uploaded fine, but a 1.25 MB one got shrinky dinked.
