Yep. It’s the fuckn funniest shit when I as an american talk to my Canadian friends about healthcare.
Canadian Bud-eh: I have a fuckn bullshit doctor bill. They’re charging me $40 for my adhd meds.
Me: oh, I used to take [exact same meds]. They were $200 a month when I had good insurance. Then when I switched jobs they stopped covering it and it’s $3000 a month. So I’ve not been taking them the last 2 years. Good thing it’s just medication for my mental health.
