Yes, there is software you can use to convert graphic files to embroidery patterns. The ones I’ve seen are all proprietary to the embroidery sewing machine.
So why do kids get all the cool stuff anyways?
Sometimes free, too.
The machines can also be expensive, limited, hacked, or DIY.
