Avoid this one like the plague my friends.
The cancellation policy given in the Boing boing store states:
“15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy with every course you purchase! If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, we will issue a store credit refund within 15 days of purchase.”
But once you sign up and get to the e-courses website it changes slightly:
“… [you] may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called as a “Cancellation Period”.
Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.”
There is no way you can browse the course materials without “redeeming” your vouchers, and in the process voiding the guarantee.
