Not sure how I’ve missed all knowledge of how freaking TINY the cub is. In every scene I’m bracing for the inevitable squish moment that doesn’t come. Totally adorable, though.

By the look of those eyes Panda mum really needs to get a good night sleep 
It’s really scary having them enclosed in such a tiny space, but the mother seems to know what she is doing and where she puts her huge paws. It’s probably no smaller than a normal den, even if I couldn’t find a pictore of one.

There’s something very disproportionate about it. It’s almost like a rat or some other small mammal trapped in the cage with this large bear-like creature.
