It might make sense to only do the introduction this week, since the chapters are all very dense reading.

I agree with Liz. I suppose it’s a good time to assume everyone has the book who’s gonna be reading with us. Let’s get the introduction read in time for Friday discussion. If there are no objections in the next couple hours, I’ll start the kickoff thread.

OK by me. I’ll try and keep up this time!
The intro alone is 35 pages…this will be a much more challenging book!
But can the characters be as hateful and annoying?

The “characters” in this case being politicians and economists, I think we can safely assume that they WILL be hateful and annoying!
