Prosecutors want to photograph erect penis of teen accused of sexting his girlfriend, lawyers say

Holy hell. Prosecutors in other states that have committed fewer crimes have been punished. I’m disappointed and upset that Ebert is still allowed to retain his license.

They could, but remember the New Mexico doctors and nurses who all participated in abusing a man three times at the request of the police, forcing him to under go three forceable searchers of his rectum against his will, including one colonoscopy under surgery, for drugs that the police thought the man might have inside him? (For Google, the hospital in question was Gila Medical Center.)

Or how about the police and doctors in El Paso who, over the course of six hours, shackled a 54-year-old woman to a table to inspect her anally and vaganally. (For Google, the hospital in question was the University Medical Center of El Paso).

The hospital staff in both cases then billed the victims for their abuse.

These are not remotely isolated incidents. The Gila Medican Center seems to be particularly terrible (two others have brought suits since the first case because of the was done to them), but in general it seems not uncommon for doctors to value the request of a cop over the rights of a citizen.

It doesn’t always happen, of course. In the first case above, the first hospital sent the police packing, so they had to go to their crooked buddies at Gila. But the medical community needs to be better at revoking the license of doctors who violate the Hippocratic Oath.

Paul Ebert is the same prosecutor who put a man on death row after deliberately withholding evidence that he was innocent.

Indeed, Ebert himself has stated that he “makes it a practice to withhold exculpatory evidence.”.

If the police and prosecutors were really public servants, we could have put this sick perv fuck in jail long ago.

I think I learned about this in that book “Everything you Wanted to Know about Sex, but Were Afraid to Ask”. It’s invention was for people who were paralyzed so they could still have sex and reproduce. That information came in handy during an episode of Highway to Heaven involving a quadriplegic character.

We should all starting texting dick pics to the prosecutor, if he’s so het up

Wait, so is Virginia the new Florida?

Hadn’t thought of that. Is it likely that there are any erection-inducing drugs that are approved for use by minors? And if so, WTF FDA??

See edit.

I live in Manassas. This, sadly, doesn’t surprise me all that much. Although we’re in the northern part of the state and thus a little more like a suburb of DC, there is no shortage of dumb rednecks and an awful lot of them seem to wind up as cops.

The latest news I’ve seen is that the police have decided not to pursue forcing the erection photo, possibly due to the fact that they’ve gotten so much unwanted attention.

I always consider Manassas as the first town that’s outside of the DC Suburbs as you go west. It’s just far enough away that it’s mostly only crazy people commute from there to the DC area, and some of those crazy people commute all the way to WV. Plus, the Greenway is freaking expensive. That said, Ashburn is growing out to meet it and make it join the big NOVA family…

It’s a lot more conservative and rural than Ashburn, Herndon, Sterling, Reston, etc… This is probably going to change though, especially as the existing residents continue to die of old age.

Wonderful news!

Checked up on it, and it seems like whoever told you that got the story update right.

I am a licensed provider of clinical therapy for paroled sex offenders. It isn’t a fun job but it helps make for a safer society. That said I see far to many young boys (and some girls) getting the life destroying stigma of Registered Sex Offender. Too often it is for some stupid behavior that happens while their hormone fueled teen age brain are still developing. Too often it is for behavior that wasn’t even possible when their parents were growing up…Sexting being a common issue. We as a society haven’t been able to morally keep up with our technology. The label of sex offender is absolutely damning and should be reserved for those individuals who truly pose a threat to others. This boy has already been harmed by the publicity and probably doesn’t even realize some of the damage done.
I make no excuse for the horror done by sexual abuse. It has always been a plague on society and we need to protect the innocent. I am simply saying that the legal system has to be responsible for how they throw that label about. I wish both kids in this mess the best of luck in recovery. The girls mother and the prosecutor really need some education.

Police also arrested the teen and took him to juvenile jail, where Foster said they took photos of the teen’s genitals against his will.

Seems a lot of damage can get done when someones will and their genitals are forced to go in different directions.

What teenage boy needs an injection to get a hard-on? If memory serves, I would have needed one to not have an erection.

Ahhh government.

solve a math problem on the chalk board in front of class?

No, seriously, this is abuse. Glad they called it off, but hopefully the people who proposed it are looking for another line of work without the legal authority to sexual assault minors.

Totally agree with you. It’s really disconcerting to know that in the same state, all these legal boundaries seem to be set:

• You can legally have sex from the age of 15 to 17 with another 15 to 17 year old.

• Once one of you turns 18, legal sex becomes prosecutable statutory rape.

• Even if you are engaged in a sexual relationship, you cannot exchange revealing, recognizable, pictures with your partner if you are both between 15 to 17. It’s a felony. The statute is written to only be concerned with the age of the person photographed and whether or not the photographer is “more than seven years older”. No protections are in place for teens in legal sexual relationships.

Hypothesis: Sex-related laws are written by old men, too senile to remember how it was when they were young, and too impotent to get some.

Alternate hypothesis with special application:

Sex laws that affect women were (because this goes way back) written by powerful men to help ensure that the offspring of their mates were reliably the product of their loins. They did this by applying the coercive threat of extreme violence disproportionately to female “offenders.”

I hope it is understood that even though I proposed this hypothesis, everything about it is morally abhorrent.
